Initial consultation

At the start of our relationship, we will spend time getting to know you, your hopes, fears, and dreams around money.

This is a no-obligation meeting held at our expense with the sole intention of establishing what you want from life, and how your money will help you get there, and where we can help.

It’s also an opportunity for you to meet us, and understand the way we work, our fees and next steps. From here we’ll both know if there’s a fit and there would be value in us working together.

Step two

You at the centre of your financial plan

Our second and subsequent meetings are intended for us to get to know each other better.

All our life planning services stem from the most important part of the plan – YOU – your values and vision for a fulfilling life.

We’ve found the best way to achieve a true picture of your vision is to use a variety of tools to help you clarify and communicate who you are, where you are, and where you would like to go, and from where we can measure your progress going forward.

Once you have the vision, we can go to work on directing you toward your goals.

Step three to FOUR


Upon review of our initial analysis, we will build a strategy to move you forward towards your goals, while assessing the impact of different scenarios.

We will present to you in real time what your life plan will look like, having the ability to make changes on the fly to illustrate what impact different scenarios would have.





an ongoing relationship

With your plan in place, we keep in regular and close contact.

We meet at least twice a year to ensure your financial health stays on track and you are moving towards your goals.

Of course, if anything unexpected arises, or you need us in the meantime, we are on the end of a phone or email, and always happy to help.


                The Financial Life planning Journey

Your initial consultation is at our expense. This gives you an opportunity to learn about our process and decide if we are the right firm for you as well as for us to identify if and how we can best help you.

Once you are onboard, we charge a fee of $2500 for our professional consultation, coaching, services and set up costs. 50% of this fee is due at this time, and the balance when we deliver your plan.

Thereafter an annual fee of $1200 is charged for our ongoing coaching and planning services, which include guiding you through life events and transitions as they come up.

                           Investment Management    

From here on you will have the choice to implement our recommendations DIY, elsewhere or continue a partnership with us for implementation and ongoing support.

If you choose to implement through our inhouse Investment platform the ongoing Investment management fees range from 1.0 % to 1.50% of AUM (assets under management).

Implementation of Insurance products vary, the commission of which is paid to us directly from the carrier. Any fees or commissions we receive will always be disclosed to you in full.

 We will always provide a clear outline of what your fees will be prior to any trades being made, so you will know exactly what our advice and support costs.
